Exchanges
Property Line strives to provide an exceptional experience for all of our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with your loafers, you may exchange your pair for a new size(pending availability) but refunds will not be issued.
To exchange an item, please note that all returning pairs must meet the requirements listed below:
• Returns must be requested within 10 days of confirmed delivery.
• The returning pair(s) must be unworn, in new condition, with the all elements of the original packaging intact and included.
