Pre-booking is now open for the PL01; This meticulously designed handmade leather loafer is offered in a luxurious full grain onyx calf leather adorned with solid brass cast barbed wire hardware, Vibram Alpha 1318 oil and heat resistant sole with a Goodyear welt for unmatched durability, including an integrated heel cushion and vegetable tanned leather insole. Each pair will be securely housed in an engraved translucent amber acrylic box with a limited branded shoe horn and a hand numbered dust bag.
This initial release is estimated to be dispatched directly to you in early January. Regular email updates will be sent to advise on the production schedule as it develops.
Shipping charges will be comped for the first 30 reservations. Your support is truly foundational to the growth and development of this project and is received with tremendous gratitude.

As these are leather loafers, they will stretch approximately a half size as they break in.
If you are between sizes, it is recommended to order down to the next closest size.
Exchanges
Property Line strives to provide an exceptional experience for all of our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with your loafers, you may exchange your pair for a new size(pending availability) but refunds will not be issued.
To exchange an item, please note that all returning pairs must meet the requirements listed below:
• Returns must be requested within 10 days of confirmed delivery.
• The returning pair(s) must be unworn, in new condition, with the all elements of the original packaging intact and included.
Property Line is not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the condition outlined above will be returned to you.
